Cancellation Policy

To give every client the premium experience they deserve, please review our booking terms: ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling • 24 hours’ notice is required for single services. • 48 hours’ notice is required for multiple or group bookings. • Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the service. 🚪 Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period applies. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the artist’s discretion. 🧼 Health & Safety • Please do not book if you’re ill or have contagious skin conditions. • Inform us of any sensitivities or recent procedures in advance. ✨ Thank you for respecting our policies — they allow us to provide the elevated care you expect from the Mz.
